Question about Insignia IS-LCDTV32 32 in. Television
It sounds as though you may either have a bad video chip or a tuner problem. To make for certain you don't have a cable problem, disconnect the cable from the set and reconnect it. ( a looses or bad cable line could also cause the picture to turn to b&w). I hope this helps in some manner. nfortunataly, with a problem like yours, there are many possibilities that could be a factor.
