Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I've finished installing the MP3 utility tool Setup & was reading and following the User's Manuel Guide instructions... i'm not really that familiar with ''firmware upgrade'' so i got kinda confused. i was not sure if i was suppose to or not but i Upgraded the MP3' firmware. well after it was finished, and i removed or unpluged the MP3 USB from the computer like it says. right after i did, the MP3' screen automatically was black! like as if the battery's dead or it's shut off. i tried to turn the power switch on but there's still nothing on the screen. then i tried to open it on the computer but the computer doesn't or can't even read nor recognize the MP3 device at all. so i was wondering that did i might've caused damages or have corrupted any of the files, contents, or system datas because maybe the upgraded firmware is not supportable. is there a way to re-formated or convert it back to the original firmware? if there is, that's really great! but first i have to figure out if i will be able to turn the power on OR if the computer can even read/open the MP3 device because i've already tried to open it many, many times by using the AC Charger & also the USB Cable. well the point is 1st how to ''turn the power on'' to open AND 2nd how to re-installed back to the original or previous firmware/system. PLEASE do let me know if it's still playable and possibly how to fix it soon. i really, really hope you experts have the solutions to my problems.. (otherwise my BF who got the MP3 4 me will be really Bo!L!Ng-m@d at me. ^_-) thanks alot...i @ppreciated it!!!
My suggestion is to go to the Manufacture's site and look for a FAQ on your problem or contact their Customer support and see if they can help you. Not knowing which brand name and model you have we can't be to much help. Some Manufactures have a great support site on the web, others make you submit a claim to help you. But, I do believe it can be straightened out and put back in working order. .
