the top light flashes red and the middle and bottom lights just stay red and i cannot get a picture. can you help please.

I have exactly the same problem, JVC plasma as worked fine for 4 years, then after being on for about 4 hours turned off on it's own. after powering of and on I get the 3 red light, bottom 2 are on and top one flashing. Any more specifics on how to fix this fault ???

WizPower supply, or main drive board are the two most common problems in many of these sets.
You would be best to send the set to the authorized service rep. He will be able to swap out the boards for new ones to find the bad boards. Then he would be able to adjust the set with the new boards, and it would be fixed.
Get an estimate before agreeing to service the set. These sets can be very expensive to repair.
