Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
Thanks for using FixYa. Connect your palm with your PC then in tools menu from my computer open folder options-> view-> select view hidden files. Now open your palm-> controls, and in controls you will find all the saved data. Or else if you go into the iTunes preferences, under "Syncing" you'll find a list of all the data you saved. If still the issue is not resolved then instead of iTunes use iSync separately. And still doesn't help then open your palm in disk mode, then open controls (hidden file, to unhide files go to tools->folder options-> view) and there you would find your saved data. Sync it using iSync, add iSync to the menu bar and disable auto-syncing of the iPhone when it is plugged in. Now save all the data on the PC and connect the iPhone to which you want to transfer the data.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
