The hard drive is located in the rear of the base. Remove the black plastic cover. Just look for the black screws holding it in then pull it back and up. The hard drive is held in place by four screws on the back side. Some components in this PC are for laptops however the hard drive is a standard PC size and connections.

using the menu button on your monitor, find the icon that indicates an arrow pointing left and right. increase the value until the image reaches the egde of the screen. if this doesnt cure your problem, you may need to adjust your screen resolution in the display feature located in your control panel to 1024x768 . this setting should fit most any flat panel monitor screen size. if its not what you like, you can choose from the multiple options to find the resolution that best fits your preference. be sure to hit the apply button when you are satisfied with your selection.

The hard drive is in the base. Don't waste time trying to figure out how to get the back off. Just take the cover off the base and it will be obvious how to get it out from there. Don't take it to a service center. This is an easy job.
