hmm depending of the operation system you have .. it should let you down size it .. but if it does not .. it may be a problem with some tool bars being made and you have to remove them by right click on them and uncheck teh tool bar line .. or .. remove by the quick launch ..and will let you downsize it after that .. the lock bar have to be removed also ..and to do that is the same procedure.. click right on the bar..and remove the lock task-bar ..After that try to see if it let you downsize it
Try to uninstall IE7. Once it's removed, restart your computer then it will revert back to the older version IE6. After that you can opt to install IE7 again or much better a newer version like 8 or 9.
To uninstall IE7, kindly follow these steps:
Close all programs.
Click Start and then click Control Panel.
Click Uninstall a Program under the Programs category
In the Tasks pane, click View installed updates.
In the list of installed updates, double-click Windows Internet Explorer 7. In the Uninstall an update dialog box, click Yes.
Note If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
Follow the instructions to uninstall Internet Explorer 7.
When the uninstall program is finished, restart your computer.
After you restart your computer, open Internet Explorer. Click Help>About Internet Explorer and check if it's on version 6. If it is then proceed with upgrading to a higher version again.

how big is the compressor? if its only say 3 cubic foot a minuet that is at free air pressure not at say 8 bar,,,at 8 bar it would only be 0.375 cubic foot,, check to see how much air in cubic feet per minuet and at what pressure your tools need to work on
if they say 5 cubic feet at 8 bar and the compressor is only 3 cubic feet at 8 bar the tool will only run for a very short time before the compressor air tank has run out of air and the compressor cant keep up with the demand from the tool
the bigger the compressor and the bigger the air tank the better some times,,,for a hammer tool you need 8 cubic foot at 10 bar
thats a big compressor!! or a small one for only a short burst of time,,, in short,,,all ways go for a big un? compressor that is!!
i hope this has helped you out
When you try to send or download, look at the bottom tool bar. It is blocking because of your virus protection. Just right-click on that bar and click "allow"..
