Generally, if the film is worn, so are the other parts in the fuser. I recommend replacing the the entire fuser.

Cause: (1) Shorted/broken wired main thermistor (2) Shorted/broken wired sub thermistor (3) Broken wired heater/blown thermal fuse
Solutions: (1) Turn the power off and remove the fixing unit from the machine. Measure the resistance between the fixing unit connector J206-2 (FSRTH) and J206-1 (GND). If the resistance is not within the range between 350 KW and 520 KW (room temperature of 20°C), replace the fixing film unit. (2) Turn the power off and remove the fixing unit from the machine. Measure the resistance between the fixing unit connector J206-3 (FSRTH2) and J206-4 (+3.3V). If the resistance is not within the range between 370 KW and 520 KW (room temperature of 20°C), replace the fixing film unit. (3) With the fixing film unit removed, if there is no continuity between the fixing unit connectors J102-1 (ACH) and J102-2 (ACN), replace the fixing film unit. (4) Replace the ECNT board. Error code e000 0000

If Error code is E000 then may be major cause:

+ The thermistor has an open circuit or short curcuit
+ The heater has an open circut. The thermal fuse has blown
+ The power supply PCB has a fault
+ The engine controller PCB has a fault

To Fix Error code E000 of Canon LassetJet LBP-3300 printer, you can try the following:
+ Check connector of the fixing film unit
+ Replace the fixing film unit
+ Replace the power supply PCB
+ Replace the engine controller PCB

This is not a job for a novice. Get a service technician to service the unit.

Canon gp225 with error code e0007-01 reset it but came back again

I'm not sure what a gp225 is, but the error code E007 deals with the fusing unit. It means that the fuser film can not find Home Postion. Basicly the film has moved out of place or the film is damaged and moved out of hp. Basicly,to solve the problem the fuser film needs to be replaced. Good Luck

Code E007

What type of device are you getting the error on?

For a NP-6016
Code indicates damaged fixing film, but often is caused by the rear of the machine latching completely when clamshell is closed. This causes the gears that drive the film to not quite mesh, so the film doesn't move, or moves too slowly. This usually happens on ADF models, as they have heavier shocks for the **** Shell. Before replacing film, which is a pain, try pushing down on left rear corner of machine to see if it runs.

During printing, the main thermistor detects less than 120°C/248°F for 1
sec or more continuously.
Main cause:
The fixing film unit is faulty (main thermistor fault, thermal fuse blow, fix-
ing heater fault).
Or the power supply PCB is faulty.
Or the DC controller PCB is faulty.
