I need a sd card and cable for sony f 717

Your Sony uses a memory stick called Sony Memory Stick Pro which they don't make any more, it was replaced with a smaller card called Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo, go to ebay and buy a adapter called Sony Memory Stick Pro Adapter it is sliver in color with blue color at the end. Once you get ahold of that adapter, you can now buy the new smaller card called Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo and insert it to that adapter, then slide the adapter with the new smaller card into your camera.
I have several older Sony digital camera that I converted to use the newer Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo cards, it works great ! I checked your Sony model on Ebay and you have to scroll down a bit to see those adapters I just mentioned, some sell with the adapter and the newer memory stick already included in the price.

Mi laptop Dell Inspiron 11 z no reconoce la tarjeta SD

  • Maria, the reader only reads the cards listed below. try another card to see if it reads another. If you open My Computer does the system see the card from that area?
  • The 7-in-1 Media Card Reader reads the following memory cards:
    • Secure Digital (SD)
    • MultiMediaCard (MMC)
    • Memory Stick (MS)
    • Memory Stick PRO (MS-PRO)
    • xD-Picture Card (xD)
    • MMC+

I have purchase a memory upgrade KByte and not sure how to install. I went to www.kbytememory.com and found nothing to help me.

This looks very much like my old M90... you pop out the battery, locate and unscrew the memory door, and then snap in the new memory. Then restart the laptop... if it beeps at your (this is called a beep code) then the BIOS doesn't recognize one or both of the sticks. Assuming all goes well it should prompt you and say something to the effect of 'amount of system memory has changed, press F1 to continue or F2 for bios'... go into BIOS and confirm its reading the new memory amount (2GB will say 2064). This model apparently only accepts 2 x 1GB sticks so hopefully you didn't order 2GB sticks... unless there's a BIOS update you can install the mobo won't recognize memory sticks greater than 1GB. Good luck.

If your Dell does not have a built-in SD card reader then you can purchase a USB SD (multi memory card) reader. Then you can copy/load photos from memory card into your computer.

Ive bought a new memory card for my pentax optic e10 camera when ive inserted it it is reading memory card error what can i do

This camera takes an SD (secure digital) memory card according to amazon and google. Looks like your using a Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo which would not be compatible.
Try using an SD card.

the MS pro may need an adapter if it's the mini kind. then that will plug into that slot. it still won't fit the same way as the SD card, so insert it carefully. there should be an indented area for the MSP card to insert.
