Cooker hood not working

I have indesit cooker hood which i was using with light + fan in operation. All of a suuden whole thing stopped working , fuse/plug all ok - is there a fuse inside cooker hood that i cant see???

-   The lights and fan are intermitting. Thought a fuse was blown, and checked it out but everything was fine. A few days later it was working again. Never now when it will work.-   Guest

-   I have the same problem. The fan and lights all worked perfectly, then all quit working. Just as if the power had being shut off. The breaker switch is on. Please help. -   mervbrandt

Check power from the wall.

Check power in the wiring coming into the hood.

Check to see wiring is not broken.

- Hi, Lorri?

Hang in. Somewhere in the hood is a disctribution point for the wires going to the fan and light. Some hoods have a joint there. If there is a break, a loose wire or a fuse it will be there. Let's look, ok.

the power is coming through. the ball bearing spins for a few seconds and then stop what could be the problem

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH A ALLURE 2 JUST STOPED WORKING ?
BUT POWER IS COMING IN THE UNIT ALL SEEMS OK, CHANGED THE LITTLE GLASS FUSE ON THE CONTROL UNIT.STILL NOT WORKING .CHANGED THE CONTROL UNIT ITSELF STILL NOT WORKING
HELP !!!

the fan spins when I spin it the power is working. what could be the problem
