Hi, pls. check whether you any license anti virus on you laptop. if yes then pls. check it is updated or not, if not pls. update it and scan your all system for viruses.

hi..the solution is u need to re-format your system and Hard Drive and re-install a new OS..i think your system is a lot of Bugs/error came from virus or worms...but b4 format back-up your files using like,USB flash drive or external Hard Disk/Drive..Good Luck mam/sir...God Day and God Bless..^_^
I would suggest you just plug it in and do not power on the laptop for a few hours. Then try. If it persists reboot into safe mode and disable hibernation then reboot
You should go to the BIOS and load the default settings. Also, check your device manager to check if all hardware is installed and functioning properly (no conflicts, etc).
