Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
Can't scroll with my ipod nano even after restoring it. My 5th generation ipod video was connected to my desktop computer when I accidently unplugged it.
Now my ipod video is frozen it wont do anything. Can you help?

Ok i pressed the menu button at the same time with the center for like 20 sec it turned off and then turned on when it turned on it was on the combination sreen at 0000 what do i do next

First off, simply press the center and menu buttons at the same time to reset the iPod video. That is the common way to fix a frozen iPod.
In regards to the Nano, sounds like the scroll wheel is defective. We would recommend replacing the scroll wheel if a reset does not do the trick.
