Question about Coby TFTV2224 22 in. LCD TV
This is usually a phenomenon related to high power output devices being nearby. IE computer power supply, or a backup source that needs to be replaced. It can also indicate failing components inside on the main board or on the power pack of the tv. Since you say that it only works on the tv input the video board would be my first place to look.
