after you go customer service and then parts& manual and then give you model, serial number, and download for free ONLY User manual. You must contact for Contact Us, and explain you situacion and they will contact you, and most probably they charge some FEE, for the Service Manual.
It is possible that your phone is protected by the serrvice provider through which it as bought initially. This is a service provider lock that needs to be removed after a year usually or by calling up the call centre of the concerned service provider. Please try to do this and confirm.If not you will have to get assistance from a phone service centre or even Nokia to unlock which they charge a small fees for reinstalling the software. Sir, I had purchased transcend T.sonic 610 MP3 Player 03 years back. But for few months it was not functioning properly.. Sometimes because of a phone bug or a SIM error, the "Service Centre" for SMS messages is changed. Please call your cellular Service Provider, and ask for their SMS Service Centre settings. Then, go to Messages > Settings > Text Message > Service Centre. Make sure the number you were given by the Service Provider matches the one written there. If not, please changed to the one given to you by the Service Provider.
do one thing dear go to the motorola centre and ask for the mail id of regeional office, they have to give it to u, if they don't give go to motorola's site and than findout the mail id or mobikle no. of the regional centre, and mail them or call them that u have allready given ur problems details to the centre but they haven't done anything and incase they do not provide u the same, u can send a mail that u are going to consumer forum they will return ASAP for them.
