SOURCE: looking for schematic of Hitachi 43FDX01B TV- 18 pin transistor

The parts that are missing are likely to be the convergence ICs. These are STK392-110 and should be available online from any electonics parts supplier. Expect a cost of around $25 each.

I sucked up the cord in my hitachi p20sb 3 1/4 heavy duty planer and I have a replacement cord it came with but I am not sure how I do it?

Looking at the breakdown, you should be able to take the handle with the switch and cord in it apart and just unplug the old one and plug the new one in.

Hitachi NR83 leaks from trigger

There are actually two trigger areas on this tool. There is the main trigger that uses an aluminum valve housing, plastic valve, a plastic ball, and most importantly a round, rubber seal under the ball. It is not an o-ring and often it gets bad which will cause the leak. Then there is a secondary trigger that the safety activates. Leaking air from there can be from a number of problems. Here is a diagram of your tool which will help you see what I am referring to.

Air leaks around trigger when it is squeezed

If you do not have a parts list for your gun, look that the page below for reference:

http://www.toolpartsdirect.com/cgi-bin/schematic.cgi/hitachi/nr83a2

Reference #66 is the trigger plunger and #67 is the oring seal.

Leak when you press trigger is most likely due to bad or missing oring on the trigger plunger (white plastic pin under trigger). Remove the roll pin (3mm) holding the trigger and remove the plunger. Replace the oring as needed. If you would like to use generic part. Lowes oring #60 sold in the plumbing department (small package of 10 orings about $2) works fine. Good luck

This is a brand new compressor that I have kept in a box for about six years. It was never used. I open the box and took the compressor out of the box. The regulator fell out of the compressor. I have...

Look at the underneath side of the knob. Many of these have a square molded into the knob that fits over the square shaped adjusting stem coming out of the regulator. The replacement regulator (if you end up having to replace it) is part #885807 (reference number 30) and is $42.88 Here is the link to the parts breakdown.

Looking for unloader popoff assy on ec2510e

Part is available here :http://www.toolpartsdirect.com/cgi-bin/schematic.cgi/hitachi/EC2510E
Factory part is very expensive.
If you are good at plumbing you could use a generic unloader for about 1/3 of the price, available at www.grainger.com The generic valve has 1/2 npt female threads on both in and out ports. Good luck

I need wiring diagram for EC-12 preasure switch email address: mresnak@hotmail.com THANX

Just hook the black (gnd) wire to one screw and the white (signal) wire to the other. You should crimp ring connectors on the end of the wires for a good connection. The red (+5v) wire is unused.
