How to format n72 cellphone not memory card only cellphone

my cell phone nokia N72 is working very slowly as if i m using a 1G.B card. i m using a 128 M.B card so please tell me how 2 make it fast the gallary & the music file takes much time 2 open can u help me wat 2 do...

this is a simple one that so many people ask ,there is no risk to do just do as i say

if u want to format memory card first format it,then

to format phone,,,,,,,

first remove memory card,then switch off the phone for 2 min and then switch on by pressing n holding the keys ASTERIK(*),3,CALLKEY(GREEN KEY).THATS ALL PHONE COMES TO ORIGIN.

NOTE:THREE KEYS SHOULD BE PRESS N HOLD WHILE SITCHING ON.

I have N 72 Mobile phone got affected by Virus ,on the screen it shows infected by comm warrior. i have installed mpulze coma warier anti virus, but the phone get hang up din't run any thing.please suggest what can i do.

just open the memory card cover ....
in phone show app.. closing ....
dont remove the memory card 

go to menu->tools->memory then format 

....................................
the your mremory card show free(if 480mb outof 480mb) and used 0b

if you close the cover....then memory will increase to 70kb for folders...etc

type *#7370# & then your phone get restart type your password like 12345 five digit numbers. your phone well be working fine like as new phone

Dear Sir i have N72 mobile and i have 512mb memory card used memory is 310mb ,212 mb memory is balance but when i am trying to take song by bluetooth that time in screen say is, you have not enough memory to perform music systam
please help me what to do.

Same problem here. Im using Docoma. I also thought it was the problem of my cell phone. So i formated the phone . Updated the software. Still problem continues. So i change over to my old sim VODAfone. It works fine. So I think there is some problem with docomo sim cards wih some phones. At the same time same card docomo work fines with my brothers nokia n 72 .
My phone is sSE K810
