Question about LG C2000 Cellular Phone
My LGC2000 surfs the internet on it's own. I have a MediaNet Basic Bundle and am only pemitted so much use before overages. I Tried a new SIM card, did a master reset, spent many hours of research and time with tech support. Tech support suggested it was a routing issue first, then decided it was an equipment issue. I purposely have not used my phone in over a month in order to track the phone's usage. The only way to monitor the internet use is by Online account manager through AT and T since you cannot physically see on the phone itself that it is accessing the Media Net Services. They agreed to send the LGCE110 along with a two year contract instead of suggesting just to upgrade to an Unlimited Media Net package. I am beyond my contract period and do not want another 2 years with their inefficient service and the poor quality of phone sent as a replacement in order to avoid changing plans. They have agreed to cover the overages for now but I would like to keep my phone without this issue. I could cancel my MediaNet Basic Bundle altogether and this would stop it except that I use my phone and all it's features and dont feel I should suffer for an issue that may be at their end. Any suggestions offered would be appreciated. From Youngstown
I had the same prolem bring it back + buy a new one and have a happy new yer

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
