Question about Lands Phones
When you download a ring tone using your mobile phone the network provider puts a lock on it to stop it from being transferred for free.
to get around this you will need to download a audio converter from http://www.nch.com.au/switch/plus.html and convert the file to unlock it this method does work as i have done this many times.
