Not sure of the brand, but on most circ saws, there is a small screw in the bottom of the base plate. take a small screwdriver and adjust that screw until the saw squares up

I did a 45 degree bevel cut with my Dewalt portable table saw and now I can not get the blade back to a 90 degree position, any thoughts?

Did you check to see if the saw has a locking nut on the front of the bevel gauge handle? Its possible you just locked it into position and forgot to unlock.

Is there a way to adjust the set pin to get a true 90 degree bevel?

set the blade at the built in 90 degree lock, now use a square and adjust the fence (usually two bolts visible on top of the fence) to the blade at 90 degrees....there are some shops which offer this service under a "tune-up" or calibration.

Blade does not square up on c10fsh miter saw

To square up a mite saw blade, you need to eeither move the table or adjust it to be square if it is out in the mitre angle, or if it is out in the bevel angle the whole saw head needs to be adjusted, and this is done via the bevel adjustment at the back of the saw. There may be a bevel stop bolt to return the saw back to 90 degrees if moved to a different bevel angle. Usually the blade itself is not adjusted bu either the saw table or the bevel angle of the saw head itself to correct these issues.

My job is not cutting in perfect 90 degree. Means cutting is tapper. How to solve this problem.

You need to adjust the bandsaw table square to the blade. There's an adjustment nut under the table top that locks it square to the blade. Also make sure all guides and bearings are correctly adjusting so the blade will not deflect when cutting, but follows a true path. Check to be sure the guides under the table are properly adjusted, as well as those on top, and that the blade is properly tensioned.. It could also be a dull blade at fault, I suppose, if all else is correct.
See these setup instructions.

Stanley 10-801 utility knife. How do you change the replaceble blade?

On the pivot end of the bladed knife is a black plug that says pull. They actually mean "Push". push it away from the knife body and rotate the handle half it's mounted in, down. The body will rotate in half , revealing the utility blade and more blades in the rear storage. Also note the blade depth adjustment has a locking detent. You have to push it to the right to unlock the utility blade.and push it to the right when retracting to fully retract and lock the utility blade.

Adjusting the saw blade for exactly 90 degrees on an old craftsman 10 " radial saw

If the saw is adjustable for angle we usually use an engineers square against the blade to get it upright and then you may find an adjustable stop or stops somewhere so you can set the position ready for the next time you need to set it.

Will not get above 350 degrees. this happened after moving the grill. have changed tanks. could it be the regulator? who can service it in the 30339 zip code?

The new style2_bing.gif OPD valves have a small brass ring located in the female fitting on the LP tank. Over time this ring can work loose and then it does not allow the male fitting to fully depress the OPD valve thus reducing your gas flow
Using a small flat bladed screw driver tighten the small brass ring This should solve your problem
IF not you might want to remove the cap (white) on your regulator and try slowly adjusting the regulator, make small adjustments and try the BBQ My Weber if I set the front and back burners to MED I get right at 350 degrees in 60 degree outdoor temps. Adjusting the regulator will take some time to get it right but If it is not your tank it is most likely your regulator out of adjustment

The blade is not straight up and down I need to know how to adjust it. ****

With the unit unplugged, find the knob which controls the angle.

One of the turn knobs raises and lowers the blade. The other is tied to the degree labled pointer. usually you'll have to pull it out to engage the actual adjustment part. Crank it till the pointer is stopped at the top range where it says 90. To verify, i usually use a 90 degree right angle to make sure it's true 90 degrees.

Table Saw Blade Won't Cut Straight

Inside the saw, on the end of the trunnion is a stop that is adjustable to zero the saw in to exactly 90 degrees. Either there is sawdust or something accumulated there or it needs to be adjusted. You say you cleaned it out, So you'll need to unplug it an have a look up in there. See how there's a geared piece of steel that moves when you crank the saw over to 45 degrees. Usually there's a bolt or stud with a locking nut on it, either on the trunnion itself or the lower surface of the table top. You need to break the nut loose and screw the bolt in or out to adjust, then crank the saw over to hit it, check for square with a known square, crank it all the way out of the way and readjust, etc. Until you get it right. Make sure to tighten that lock nut when you're done.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread. If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take a moment to kindly rate this post....thanks!
