Look at the left and right sided plastic pillars that join up with the two heat grilles at the top and bottom of the fixing kit and you will see an indentation on either side that will take a flat head screwdriver.
Insert the screwdriver and prise the side pillar off - it will come - it just snaps into place.
Once they are off you will see the four screws that hold the rest of the fitting in place.
    Hope this helped.

That would have been # ANE06012L0APbut it is listed as no longer available from normal distributors.

It looks like you can still order it here.

Looking for parts for my Panasonic Microwave Model No 9970C9870C

The proper model number format would be NE-9970C or NE-9870C.

You can order Panasonic parts from Tritronics, but if you don't find what you're looking for there, try here.

I would suggest searching by just the root model number without the C suffix.

If you're still having trouble, please replay back with your specific model (from the tag on the unit) and let us know which parts you need.

Microwave runs for a few seconds then F 12 displays on screen and it stops

The following is a solution for the Panasonic brand microwave. I do not know your brand so this is the best I can do.

PANASONIC
Model: NE-1057, NE-1057C, NE-1257, NE-1077, NE-1277, NE-1457, NE-1457C, NE-1757, NE-1477, NE-1777 Symptom: Code "F11" or "F12" appears on the display intermittently Problem: Moisture is accumulating on control panel from steam rising out of the door. Solution: Install foam sealer (cushion rubber) along lower edge of control panel escutcheon. Part # A8251-3180
