I also read on pg 53 (FAQ) of their User Guide (available for free on-line at www.pronto.philips.com ) that the touch screen can be recalibrated b 7 steps. (1) touch and hold "ProbtoPro NG icon" in upper left corner of touch screen for 3 seconds - Tools Menu will appear. (2) Sellect "Settings" and first Setting Page appears (3) , press "Page Down" on left side to go to second page (4) Tap "Calibrate" to to to Calibrateion Screen (5) Tap upper left corner (6) tap lower right corner (7) tap ProntoPro NG icon to exit Settingsd Tool.
Alternate if screen freezes or unusual behavior: open back and depress Reset with sharp pencil or unfolded paperclip.

There should be a reset button on the back or under the battery cover. if that doesn't work, then you can try to connect to the computer and reload your program. If you don't have the software you can find it at the phillips website. If you can't find the website email me the model and I'll try to find for you.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
