Please note many older device refuse to work for Windows 7 as many companies choose not to have Windows 7 support in hopes to have you upgrade.
In order to find the latest drivers for this device you will have to visit the support section of Intel.com once there you can enter your make and model and pull up all drivers and software available. If nothing is listed for Windows 7 then they want you to go buy a new camera
I hope this helps you. Please keep me posted if you need further help.
Thank You

Go to the intel website and just search for the brand name and the operating system that your computer has. I've located the intel website that the drivers might be on. Just fill the information and your ready to download the software goodluck.
There is still plenty of hardware issues with Vista, so go to the cam or Windows web site for related issues and see if there is a patch.
Make sure the cam is also set up correctly and use windows live if your'e still using MSN.
You can also try installing Windows XP drivers as they are sometimes accepted and work.
