Top drawer not emptying fully
The drain hose on this machine appears to move with the sliding drawers, which can make it easy to break or clog. In all honesty, this model and company has a horrific track record, and because of that I would recommend - after taking simple troubleshooting steps like checking the drain hose for clogs and listening for the water pump - simply tossing it and obtaining a more reliable unit.

thanks,
Hi again may i know if you replaced or you move the location of your machine, though it was still on the same place where you first use it.
I ask you this question cause maybe the position or the level of the machine may affect for not completely draining the water inside in result that not all water can go thriugh the drain hole/plug.
Hope to more from you.
Thanks,

Check inside the basin area for something clogging the drain opening first..
that's a good possibility. of course, this unit has worked prior, right?
I'm bailing on this solution, since it seems the EU has an agenda that means milking the well meaning experts here for almost free and unequivocable advice. SYonara, amigo.
