The drain hose on this machine appears to move with the sliding drawers, which can make it easy to break or clog. In all honesty, this model and company has a horrific track record, and because of that I would recommend - after taking simple troubleshooting steps like checking the drain hose for clogs and listening for the water pump - simply tossing it and obtaining a more reliable unit.

Hi again may i know if you replaced or you move the location of your machine, though it was still on the same place where you first use it.

I ask you this question cause maybe the position or the level of the machine may affect for not completely draining the water inside in result that not all water can go thriugh the drain hole/plug.

    Hope to more from you.

    Thanks,

that's a good possibility. of course, this unit has worked prior, right?

If you hear the motor sound during drain cycle then it is likely the drain hose is cracked and pump cannot generate enough pressure to empty the drawer. You will have to find the cracked portion of the hose and replace it. It appears the bottom drawer is operating properly.

Fisher paykel cross draining

As the drawers share a common outlet to the kitchen sink drain, it is the drain water from bottom drawer going to top drawer. Can happen if the drain hoses are not following the correct specifications for installation. An air gap kit is available to solve the problems.

E-mail for Fisher Paykel DD603 manual

Josh, you will need to have a Tech out to look at it... F/P will not sell you parts to repair it. The F1 indicates that the flood switch has been tripped. There are many possible causes for this but probably the upper drawer link support has broken and is getting stuck between the lid and the drawer in which case you will need a new lid and link support.
