My player is pluged in, but when I try to synx, it says connect a device

The computer is not recognizing the device plugged in or the software that use to sync needs to be reinstalled. I would 1. check and see if the computer is recognize the unit if it is then try backing up and reinstalling your software.

you didnt say was it xp or vista, you could just synx with media player

My mp3 go gear wont charge, i've tried to charge it on the ubs port and i've tried to synx it again and nothing is charging it


try getting an old usb phone charger and using that if that wont work then your battery may be dead and its time for a new one

My computer wont recognize my mp3


I know this is only part of the solution:
- turn off your sansa clip
- put the slide button on hold
- press the centered button while connecting the sansa clip to your pc
the sansa clip will now be visible as a removable disk under 'my computer' :-)

I don't yet know how to proceed from here on

try 2 plug it in mac operating system mabe u will find something if not ty this trick by pluging it in a play station 2 usb enabled and try formating...

Windows media player does not reconise that my mp3 player is pluged in


go to device manager and scan for new devices.....this should solve the problem......
