Question about Televison & Video
If all other inputs are working properly - the sky OR the cable is the issue. Have you tried it on another TV?

Well yes its not your TV fault, First of all you can check all the audio/video cables are connected properly or not if all the cables are connected properly then sure there is some problem in the sky network, you need to contact to the sky operator/service....... Please post comments for more help or information......
