Question about Epson TM-T88III Thermal Printer
When you're printing, is your Store Manager open? You might not have closed the POS application properly.
If Manager is open while you're printing, try closing your manager
then, launch your POS and create a transaction. See if the error is

If this is used by multiple users, be certain that others are logged out (and PCs shut off if necessary).
Also, from Epson Support: be certain to set to share the OPOS in SO Mgr config. This is under SO Mgr> File> Config> Options> POS Options> 'Share the OPOS printer with other applications'.
