A few weeks ago, my LG CU515's display stopped working. I left my phone opened while I was using my laptop and it was near my laptop like kind of underneath it but not really and I wanted to check my phone. I clicked a button and the display was white. When I closed it, the outer display worked fine but the inner just stayed white. What's wrong with it and how can I fix it? (And if there is a way, how can you fix it at home?)
Sometimes you can take the battery out while the phone is still on, wait a few seconds, and then pop it back in (this forces the phone to reset itself). If that doesn't work, take it to your local store.
If it's under a year old, it might still be under warranty and you can call 1-800-801-1101 for warranty replacement.
