Question about LG KC910 Renoir Cell Phone
If you have recently changed to a different phone, that's the problem. You're still receiving the updates meant for your old phone. You need to contact your service provider and inform them of this change so that they can change that info in your profile so that they can begin sending you the CORRECT updates for your CURRENT phone. Different model phones require different updates. If there's little difference in features between the old and new phones, most features will still work properly without notifying your SP. However, if the difference in features is notable, then the model specific updates are crucial for optimal performance of your phone.
Hope this info was helpful to you. Good Luck!
