Question about Frigidaire FEF352 Electric Kitchen Range

1 Answer

I have a Frigidaire FEF352A-WG Kitchen Electric Range. When we turn the oven on the display turns on but there is no heat. The stove top works but the oven and broiler do not work.

Is that called an ERC? Is there somewhere to find directions for replacing this?

When I plugged that number in it says it's a stove clock/timer. Is this the part you're talking about? The clock and timer work on the range.

This is usually a control board failure.
if the broiler and bake element.have continuity then replace the control board.if there is no continuity the replace the elements.
your problem lies in the control board.also make sure the power supplied is correct

the part number is 316207511 they can run about $184.00 dollars.they are easy to replace just remove the back panel on the range top side rear the remove the four screws that hold the control in place.then you can remove the over lay and put it on the new control.

No heat from burners or oven after relocating stove

Hi Ron - From what you have described if neither the burners nor oven turns on make sure the electrical connecting is 240V. The oven light and clock portions only required 115V. The clock and oven light working may indicate an electrical circuit breaker supplying the range is tripped or a fuse is blown. Confirm household circuit is correct and the range cord is properly wired to the terminal block.

Electric stove top and oven

hi
if neither the cooktop nor the oven works check your voltage. Is there 240 volts to the unit. Flip the breaker off and back on. If that doesn't work, with the unit unplugged, remove the cover where the stove cord is connected and check the connections
Good Luck!!!

Stove won't heat

Oven was working, I had it on pre-heat, then I turned on the stove top, but the burners won't heat. When I turn on the stove top the stove makes a short BUZZ noise and the clock area lights up, when the burner is turned off all the lights go out. Please help, food prepared.
Thank You

Richard, sounds like you did all the pretests. You'll need a new display panel. When you work on it, be sure to cut the power.
