Question about Check Point Network Adapter
My husband locked both keys in the Bunker Hill safe 94985... The 159# does not open-- I never put in a pin
Search on "How to open a safe with a potato" and you'll find a youtube video on how to open that safe. All the Bunker Hill safes use the same lock mechanisms which have a critical design flaw if the spring on the solenoid is weak in that the plunger bounces enough to allow the bolt to be thrown open if you can time hitting the front of the safe just right. Of course, if you mount it such that you can't get a good swing in then no problem. There are two adjustment screws to the bolt throw, if your safe is easily opened this way, you might want to adjust these screws so that more of the plunger hits the stop. I couldn't get mine to open with a rubber mallet but it's mounted so you can't get a good swing in.

It sounds like a job for a professional locksmith.

Take Bunker Hill 1.5 cubic foot safe to a concrete floor. Lean safe back 6 inches or so and let it flop back onto floor while turning the knob. The impact on floor drops pin out of way and allows knob to turn. Install a washer or two behind the lever on the back of the key and reinstall lever, lock washer and nut with Loctite and tighten. The washers move the lever farther aft enabling better contact with the washer that pushes the pin down. This nut was loose causing our problem. FNH
