Question about Dell Latitude D610 Notebook
Extract your battery for 12 min, then power up with the power cable(don't use the battery)
If nothing apper try pressing f2 rapidly, it works most.
You will be able to access your windows, uninstall your graphics driver & reinstall it with correct one, it is all graphics driver problem.
