Question about Canon BJC S300 InkJet Printer
Just like changing the ink, open the cover so that the carriage comes to the center, remove the inks, and then lift the handle on the side and lift out the printhead. Use either alcohol to wipe the contacts on the back of the printhead and the contacts on the carriage, or an eraser to clean then brush away any crumbs.

Tips for a great answer:
"Follow the directions given in your setup sheet to install the Print Head.
If the Print Head is already installed, remove the Print Head once and then reinstall it.
If the error is still not resolved, the Print Head may be damaged. Contact your Canon Service representative. "
