Your modem ip address is any of :
The login and password if not changed by you is admin/admin.
If none of these work you need to call your service provider tech department and ask them for it. They may choose to not give it to you and in that case you are out of luck.

Tips for a great answer:
According to you security settings of your modem is difficult for you.
But you don't have say the OS you are using there. It depend on modem and OS. while installing the driver supported your OS select the PPPoa/PPPoE. After installing go to the web explorer and type the link (IP add) of your modem at the address bar and enter in the modem settings. Your modem vendor will provide this IP or see the manual.
Then go to the security settings and set it pasword protected. Enable the NAT (Network Address Translation)with your Private IP address for security. You can follow the manual to set it properly
