Question about ASUS T2 P4P8T WO/CD/MDM FM AGP8X GETH WIFI (t2-p)
This may be a flaw in Windows preventing it from assigning a drive letter for the USB stick. Try this:
Right click "My computer" > choose "Manage" > Disk Management.
If the USB stick is listed - right click it > choose "Change Drive Letter and Paths" > click "Change" and assign a new unused drive letter.
If the stick isn't there then either it's busted (try it in another pc) or the driver for the usb hub/chipset were corrupted - reinstall them.

You could try downloading the updated usb 2.0 drivers, do a google search and you should find them.
