Question about Ovens
How do you unlock the 1950's-1960's GE P7 self cleaning oven after the cleaning cycle is over?
Wait untill oven has colled down to room temp and press latch release button and hold in while slideing latch to unlock

After the lock light is off, push and HOLD latch release while moving latch to cokk position, then turn oven set knob to OFF. Hope this solves your problem
