Question about Heating & Cooling
After making sure you have gas to the unit. Replace the flame sensor. The pilot should stay lit then.
If the unit does not sense flame, it stops sending gas to the pilot and will not operate. Flame sensors go bad regularly. You may get lucky and find that cleaning the sensor works for a while.
