Question about iLO 3200 32 in. LCD Television
Usually TVs that are stuck in standby have a part failure somewhere. You can try unplugging set for a few seconds and plug it back in. Sometimes the microprocessors can lock up. Otherwise, it can be a number of things power supply, main board inverter board or even the panel. Unfortunately having repair done to a 32" tv will probably come close to just replacing it unless you try it yourself.
