Question about Xerox WorkCentre M-24 Color Copier

I have Copycentre 123. I wanted to upgrade it to workcentre 123. so I bought network printer board and installed as per xerox documents. and started the machine it says to REBOOT shows the error code 116-389.I rebooted many times but no luck. help?

You need the extra 256K memory board to make this work. It's standard memroy if I recall.

The error code 116-389 means "'Essential Add-On RAM not installed", so it appears that even though you bought the network controller board, you need to upgrade the RAM for it to work properly.

If that doesnt work. Go to www.xerox.com. Select support and drivers, in the search box, type 128, then go to the workcenterpro 123/128 and click on downloads and drivers.
You will find 32, 64 bit drivers for all OS.

I have Xerox workcentre pro 128 copier machine. can you solve my problem? when i copy before appear this Error code 123-396.


That is a software related error, You most likely need to reload the firmware, or replace the hard drive.
You can try disconnecting all the document feed and scanner cables then reseating them. Other than that, your looking at a software issue.
