Built in camera not showing clearly

is it blurry ?
sometimes people forget to remove the protective plastic on the camera when it's brand new and with time it collects fingerprints, dust and what not.
check if there is a little protective plastic that you can peel off.
or use a paper towel with a little bit of moisture (very lightly wet) and clean the camera lens.

My wife has a polaroid iF045 digital camera she got for christmas and it takes very blurry pics any ideas?

I don't want this to sound silly however, have you checked to see if the lens is clear? One fingerprint can really foul the picture.

Go into the setup menu and scroll to "reset" and follow the on-screen instructions. Sometimes that will restore your camera to original specs.

HAVE YOU TRIED USING ANY OF THE OTHER SETTINGS ON THE CAMERA IN THE DAYTIME? I.E., LIKE IN MOTION, LOW LIGHT, BEST SETTING, ETC. ARE THEY ALL THE SAME?DO THE LINES SHOW UP ON THE LCD DISPLAY? SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM WITH THE DAYLIGHT SENSORS INPUTING BAD INFO TO THE CAMERA. HAVE YOU TRIED THE ALMOST WORTHLESS KODAK CUSTOMER SERVICE WEBSITE? THIS SOUNDS LIKE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAMERA THAT IS ONLY HAPPENING DURING DAYLIGHT EXPOSURE.

Blurry pictures from Vivitar Camera

possibly go to the menu, and go to quality, if it isnt set on fine, then change it,or, set your scene on auto, so if the pic is fast moving, it can adjust to take clearer pics. otherwise i am of no help.

I've found out that if the little internal battery that holds the date and time is run down, then the camera can't focus on moving things well. I left mine plugged in all weekend, now can record action. Some can be replaced - like a big watch battery.
