Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What program or programs are you printing from? Does this occur no matter what program you print from, or is it only with a single program.

The letters are very small to read. cannot hardly read anything

depending upon what platform you are calling the printing from -- (ms word or other), you should check to see what size the platform is set to - it may be showing over 100% VIEW, hitched together with a smaller font size in the platform itself,. re-read - this should make sense.

Buy a new keyboard. they are real cheap on line, try Newegg.com
You should find one for around $10 USD. Or, you can try cleaning the keys on the keyboard with rubbing alcohol.
