Question about Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook C1020 Notebook
Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook C1020 laptop with Windows XP Professional. S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR (Microsoft Corporation) display adapter. All of a sudden flickering red display. Laptop frequently does not boot - fan stops after a few seconds from switch on, then black screen and just green power-on light. When it does start, after many attempts, vertical lines sometimes appear on display. Laptop sometimes switches off by itself, and reboots. Sometimes freezes while booting. Occasionally reboots successfully and with normal display, but then freezes after some time working. Thank you.
Change the ram memory ...this issues appear when the ram memory is not functional like it should..if you have a way to borrow some just to try ..you will make an ideea
If you have more than one boards in the laptop..remove one by one ..and try to boot with the other/s until you locate the one with problem..
