Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player
I can't get the disk that came with my Sansa Sandisk e260R to download to my new computer. It worked fine with my old computer. Is there a way to download the software from another souce? I've been on the Sansa website numerous times, but I can't seem to find what I need.
Ok, so I feel like an idiot....
The software did in fact get downloaded....the problem was me...(of course!)
I went to Settings on my mp3 player and went to Mode and somehow it had gotten switched from Rhapsody to the PlaysForSure mode. In the PlaysForSure mode it acts like a "normal" mp3 player and will not sync with Rhapsody....so my Rhapsody software wasn't needed in this mode. After I switched it to the Rhapsody mode everything worked like it was supposed to with my mp3 player.
The Sansa Sandisk e260r is a great little mp3 player. Everytime I've had problems with it...it's been me not understanding it.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
