Question about Toshiba 19HLV87 19 in. LCD HDTV
I put in a DVD disc, and the TV said the disc was not valid. So I tried ejecting the disc, and it won't come out, and keeps saying that the disc isn't valid. Any suggestions?
Believe it or not, unplug the power from the wall for at least 60 seconds. Then plug back in and power up the unit and eject the DVD. Sometimes you need to do this 3 times before it works. My complaint is that I need to do this for 95% of the DVD's I insert and then try to eject. This is clearly a manufacturer's defect...
