Some ASUS laptops don't have a physical wireless switch. Instead, you toggle the wireless transmitter ON and OFF by pressing the function key and the F2 key at the same time, i.e. <FN> + <F2>.
If the light on the pc, not the power supply is orange this usually means the pc is not comming out of sleep mode. Try the obvious and restart it. If that does not work, attempt starting in safe mode and go to your control panel and turn off all power saving, screen saver, and sleep mode options.

The Laptop come with the motherboard installation disc.Use that disc to install your webcamera automatically.if that disc will not work properly then try to download the right driver for your webcamera . Keep in mind, drivers are vary by the versions of Windows(xp,Vista,7). So you search in google.
Ex: asus K50 Laptop webcam drivers
Download & install the ATK Drivers from the official page of your labtop in Asus site .. you will find 4 drivers or more i dont know which are the important of them >> i installed 4 drivers & it worked ^_^ - Abdel-Ghani
