With your door open have some one try and turn the dryer on while you hold the button in and turn the drum by hand to get it started.
if it starts the your motor may just have lint build up around it causing the contacts to be dirty.
there is a couple of other things that might have gone wrong the main control board has gone bad or the door switch, motor has gone out

My dryer just stopped running in the middle of a load and will not turn back on. Is there a reset button?

If the door switch or the door-switch actuator is defective, the dryer won't work and you need to replace the failed component. The switch is inside the dryer main housing near the door frame. Sometimes you need to raise or open the top or front of the dryer to reach the switch.

Hi there....this sounds to be like you blew the breaker. Go to your breaker panel in your house and search out the fuse for the dryer. This will be a double 110 volt breaker. You need to reset both sides to be sure. It is easily locatable as they almost always have the items listed on the inside of the door of the panel. If this works for you great. Please try to remember to click on the yes box on your way out ...thank you and good luck.

Hello, my kenmore dryer just stop working, light inside is still on but will not turn or come on Mod# 110.c66492500

Is the door completely shut? Did it stop working right in the middle of a cycle? Are you drying shoes in this load? I'd turn it off, and try it again. If this doesn't work, try it on another drying cycle. If this doesn't work, feel free to contact me again. I hope this works for you. Good Luck! Jim

Wirlpool Duet Dryer front Load

I have never seen one up close nor worked on one, but if it was me I would look for a cause to the broblem. I would eliminate the simple stuff like power to the equipment and loose connections. I would then look for the fuse on the dryer and find the blockage or cause of the problem.

Aquarius WD645 - dryer has stopped heating up

there is a safety device to prevent overheat. this can be a resetteble stat ie with a little button in the middle - press this button and there may be a little click as it resets. dryer will then work.
other type of safety device is a thermal fuse. this will be mounted on top of the dryer duct inside a sleeve. test for continuity and if open circuit, replace it
