Try typing #pwd# and then "send. It will reset your password to the the last 4 digits of your phone number. Then you can reset your password back to what ever one you can remember.

you will need to take the phone to a mobile store then deals with unlocking and have them do that for you

i have 2 solutions

1. if u know the phone number try the last 4 digits
2. go to a vverizon wirelss store

unfortunately there is NO pin hole to reset the mot v3,
just goto initial setup and chose master reset and use the sec code 000000
if u have changed the security code then use the one u changed it to, the motorola V3 is not a wifi modem :/ There is not pinhole
to reset the phone :O
