I have an old (20-25 years) Daisy powerline 856. Uses BBs and pellets. Never been fired. I would like to give it to my grandson but I have no manual. How can I find one? I can find the 880 manual but not...

You might enquire about a product recall for the 856 but the original page referring to the recall has been removed. info@cpsc.gov

Or you could try contacting Daisy and see if they retain any information about any modification (but they are unlikely to have any parts for it, now.) The problem was that the earlier design of the 856 and 880 allowed a pellet to be lodged in the mechanism, unknown to the shooter. This could result in inaccuracy during firing. The 856 was modified to single shot rather than magazine by 2001 at which time Daisy was not found culpable in several deaths (resulting from direct firing at a party). I retrieved the findings using the Wayback Machine at the Internet Archive. The US Government site has removed the findings for some reason.

I need a trigger diaphram for duofast 880 where can i get one

I order parts from www.toolpartsdirect.com , however I also make some of those parts and you can also. I keep a variety of plastic and rubber sheets to make replacement parts. You can also use fuel pump diaphram material. Be creative or just order the parts from web above. Good luck
