Question about Apple iPhone 3G
There is no "code" but try redsn0w. Since it is frowned upon, I can not give you a link. Speaking of which, have you seen Google? Man, you can find anything. Assuming you did find a copy of redsn0w, you can unlock it by:
Step 1. Downloading the above mentioned software
Step 2. Extract redsn0w-win_0.7 to C:
Step 3. Locate your 3.0 firmware, and copy it to C:\redsn0w-win_07
Step 4. Open run, then type cmd.
Step 5. Type in cd C:\redsn0w-win_07
Step 6. Type redsn0w.exe (the name of the ipsw).
Eg for Step 6. redsn0w.exe iPhone1,2_3.0_7A341_Restore.ipsw
Step 7. Wait for a message to come up saying please connect your iPhone into DFU mode.
Then connect your iPhone to the computer if you havent already done so, and hold down the Power and Home buttons for 10 sec. (If the apple screen comes up you have gone too far)
Then let go of the Power but keep holding onto the Home button. Hold it for at least 30 sec or until it reconnects to the computer.
Step 8. Go to the Command Prompt window and press enter.
And then when your iphone restarts, you can disconnect.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
