Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Arcade
If my 360 dies before the extended warranty kicks in, and I have Microsoft fix it, does that effect my extended warranty at all? I'm wondering if it craps out again after Microsoft fixes it, and it comes back with a different serial number, I'm afraid my extended warranty won't cover the new console. I hear that Microsoft doesn't always send you the same console after you send it in for repair.
If you have received a console from microsoft after a repair and it is still faulty or receives a fault then it will be covered by them as they originally repaired it when it was under warranty and your warranty will not be affected in any way as they will have it on there system to say the console is owned by you and still under warranty from a previous console or you will receive a full warranty as it is a new console
