Here's a stab in the dark at your problem:
You moved your dryer to paint or re-do flooring. Handled the dryer a bit rough, so the ignitor broke. (they are fragile, especially after they have been used awhile) You may be able to confirm this by tipping the dryer from side to side or front to back a few times (easy, not violently) to see if you hear anything rattle in the bottom of the dryer. That rattle would be a part of the broken ignitor. (it still might not rattle, but the ignitor is the most likely suspect)
You should get the manual but you can do without it. Take the top panel apart, there are a few screws and inside you'll see the board, remove all wires, make sure you label them so you plug them back in correctly when you put the new board in. Put back together in reverse order of removing and you should be fine.
The belt can be replaced as follows. 1 remove top and front of dryer shell 2 belt goes around drum around motor pully then under tentioner wheel 3 replace front and top of dryer (top pops off use a slotted screw driver) Thanx for using Fixya Please take your time to rate me
Just remove the screws around the vent tube in the back and you can see the belt tensioner laying there on the floor of the dryer. Most likely someone turned the drum the wrong direction and the belt came off. The belt goes through the opening in the tensioner and under the idler pulley and then onto the motor drive pulley. Make sure to have the tensioner mounted into the floor first. It just slides over into a slot and then over to the other side as tension is put on it.
