If you are in Australia, Contact a company called INVISION, they will send you instructions on how to fix/complete installation. Make sure you tell them it's a PHILIPS HID KIT.

I installed raptor hid lights on my 2006 ford f250. It called for a H13 hi/low bulb..... I purchased the kit from ddm tuning.... The installation when good except now I have no low beams..... Can someone...

interesting, make sure you have all the wiring appropriate and SECURE. otherwise it will not work. did the hid kit come with a relay harness? if you can send a pics of your set-up I will gladly assist you with your problem. I install hids as a job. when installing hids your not supposed to make any contact with the bulb directly against your skin, because the oils on your skin will damage the lens and less life of the bulb.

I installed a High beam hid kit and read online that they needed a resistor in that year to trick the computer. after installing the kit and the resistors to the high beams pos and neg it still flashes...

I don't know why you would install resistors inline for an HID kit, they should be 'plug and play'-you plug the connector for your halogen lights into the ballast input for the HID kit, then plug in the HID bulb harness/ bulb to the ballast output, install the bulb into the housing-done. Some people have installed relays to the lights because when the HID's 'light off' the use a lot of power until the bulbs warm up, then they actually consume less than a halogen bulb (usually 35 watts HID to 55 or more halogen). I have HID's in a number of cars and don't have relays hooked up on any, just 'plug and play' and I have no issues whatsoever.

You may have bypassed the switch when installing them or they may be automatically on all the time.

Hid light not turning on

the part about the lights that won't turn on may be because there is a blown fuse or a broken relay which needs to be changed, the part about the hid lights there may be a short circuit somewhere.
